Care Suites are approximately 231 sq. ft. in size consisting of a bed-sitting room with a small kitchenette, a four-piece bath, and a balcony. The rent for a care suite is $575.00 per month. Care services are available for $770.00 per month which include rent, housekeeping, laundry services, and a noon meal.
*Please note: If eligible, care services are subsidized by $200.00.
One-bedroom units are approximately 510 sq. ft. in size, consisting of a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, a four-piece bath, and balcony. The rent for a one-bedroom apartment is $775.00 per month.
Two-bedroom units are approximately 701 sq. ft. in size, consisting of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a four-piece bath, and balcony. These units are available for couples only. The rent for a two-bedroom apartment is $840.00 per month.
