Application Process |
All applications must go through Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) where final eligibility is determined and bed offers are made based on care requirements and appropriate availablity within the facilities.
Applicants together with their families are invited to visit the Home, compare care philosphy, menus, ambiance, services, and amenities with other facilities and make selection choices based on first hand knowledge.
